In reality, that path can be riddled with fear and uncertainty, and hope and heartbreak can become synonymous. During this time, many women and birthing parents struggle with:

Whether you are an expecting mom, a new mom, or a mom who has some seasons behind her, we can work together to help reconcile the myriad of changes, grief and deep emotional wounds you're experiencing.
Tailored to meet your goals, we'll work on practical strategies to help you tolerate discomfort and manage intense thoughts and feelings such as anger, sadness and depression, guilt and shame, anxiety and rumination, self-harm or suicidal ideation, or any other difficult emotion. We'll work to overcome relational stress, and improve connection, communication and boundaries with your partner.

*My fees are covered by most extended health care plans and I will always give you a receipt for reimbursement at the end of our session.
